Jan 27, 2010| i recently purchased a 2010 f150 from encinitas ford. i guess i shouldn't be surprised by the amazing customer service i received since this was the 3rd truck i've bought there. however, this time i had two cars to trade in and i was fairly demanding in my wants/needs for the new truck(price, options....). they bent over backwards to make it all work and in the end, i got exactly what i wanted. my congratulations to encinitas ford and their amazing team. thank you!!! |

I would like to comment that my experience in purchasing a used vehicle from Encinitas Ford has been enjoyable, to say the least. Everyone I dealt with has gone above and beyond to make this a very painless process. I felt that I was treated fairly and with the respect that one should when buying a car. I have been to other dealerships and felt pressured and hassled to make a deal. Specifically Michael and JayDee have been very easy to work with and had pleasant demeanors.
